In Japan, "gyoza" is a favorite national food. It is especially popular in Hamamatsu in Shizuoka Prefecture and Utsunomiya in Tochigi Prefecture.
Gyoza is one of the favorite foods of Japanese people of all ages. The design features a row of grilled, browned gyoza dumplings, as if hot steam is rising from them. It is recommended as a front cover for meals or to wipe your mouth. It goes great with beer.
Our Tenugui towel are dyed by hand by craftsmen using a dyeing technique called CHUSEN.
