Returns and Exchanges
We will accept returns or exchanges if the products you received are defective or if we have sent you the wrong items. In such cases, please contact us at contact@kamawanu.com within eight (8) days of receiving your order and provide the following information:
- Your order number
- Your name
- The reason for the return or exchange
- Photos showing the condition of the product (attached to your email)
After reviewing the information provided, we will contact you with instructions regarding the appropriate resolution.
We are unable to accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:

Returns or exchanges requested for personal reasons (e.g., ordering the wrong item or the product not meeting your expectations)
