How long will it take to receive my order?
We use DHL to ship our products.
It will take approximately seven to ten days for you to receive them after you place an order.
After the dispatching, we will provide you with the tracking number via email. Please check the delivery status on the DHL website.

How long will it take until my order is dispatched?
We will dispatch your order within five days of your placement of an order excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays in Japan.

Where is my order shipped from?
We ship orders from Tokyo, Japan.

Do you offer free shipping?
For each order, it will cost 25 US dollars as a flat shipping rate.
Only during the opening campaign for our online store, the shipping cost will be free if your order amount is 100 US dollars or more in total.
Other than the shipping, customs charges or customs duties may be charged or imposed depending on the designated country or area. These fees will be charged to you by DHL, the delivery company.

Also, other additional fees may apply, depending on the country. Please note that we assume no responsibility for such fees.

Will you ship my order to my P.O. Box or to APO or FPO?
No, we are afraid we do not have such services.

May I change my order?
We are afraid you may not change or make additions to your order, nor change the method of delivery or payment after the order has been confirmed.
When confirming your order, please make sure that you have entered the correct information.

Do you offer a gift-wrapping service?
No, we are afraid we do not have a gift-wrapping service.

I haven’t received your email within 24 hours after I placed my order.
Please check if the email address registered at the time of your order or at the time of member registration is correct.
Also, please check your junk mail folder if you are not receiving any email from us.
Our email may have been deleted automatically due to the settings of the email service or security software you use.
Please check the trash folder of your mail service once again because the messages are sometimes sent there directly.  

I notice an odor from the tenugui even after washing. Is this common?
The odor of the dyes used to hand-dye the tenugui can sometimes remain, but it will get more faint after washing it a few times. Feel free to contact us through the inquiry form if you have any questions or concerns.
