Cats go to the bath sweet osmanthus

A new color for 2025.
As an ode to the sweet osmanthus flowers that herald the arrival of autumn, we evoked their sweet fragrance through the placement of yellow and green. The soft colors invite memories of sweet osmanthus blossoms fluttering in the clear autumn air.
The design is based on the Edo era ukiyo-e Neko no Obuya, which depicts human-like cats getting into a public bath. The cats enjoying the bath are depicted in a humorous manner. This tenugui is perfect not only as an everyday item for cat lovers, but also as a gift for people interested in ukiyo-e and Japanese culture.

Our Tenugui towel are dyed by hand by craftsmen using a dyeing technique called CHUSEN.
